Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Damages

Zestpawsure is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
